it was amazing
Good except the vase
The case is different from what I chosen and I got.

Perfect
The small ballons weren’t filled in helium , only the big one which make it falling down. It wasn’t advertised as this on the website which was very disappointing for me , specially being a gift. Flowers were nice, same as the website picture

Not the same as pictures and customer service ignored my msg
The bouquet I selected in the picture looked much fuller, with many more flowers, and the orchids were arranged beautifully within the bouquet. However, the one you sent had far fewer flowers, to the point that the orchids were sticking out separately. Honestly, it did not look like the photo at all, and it was much less full than what was shown in the picture

We would like to have a nice surplice for our son on his birthday. Every year we have helium balloons. I let them come in de evening and we can enjoy 3 days. Even when they say it last 24h. Now in a few hours they were on the ground,. Unfortunately not great start of the birthday of my son.
