Flower care
Keep your flowers fresh longer
A few simple habits make a big difference in Kuwait’s climate — follow these steps the moment your bouquet arrives.
- Recut stems
- Fresh water daily
- Cool room, no sun
-
Trim stems on arrival
As soon as your flowers arrive, recut each stem at a 45° angle under running water. Remove leaves that would sit below the waterline — they rot fast in Kuwait’s warmth.
-
Fresh water every day
Empty the vase, rinse it, and refill with cool clean water daily. Add flower food on the first fill if a packet is included. Cloudy water? Change it sooner.
-
Keep them cool
Place the arrangement in a bright room away from direct sun, AC vents, oven heat, and ripening fruit. Cooler spots (not freezing) help petals last longer.
-
Refresh the look

Common care questions
Quick answers for keeping your Pooji Flowers arrangement looking its best.
Should I use flower food?
Yes — use the included packet with the first vase fill. It feeds the stems and slows bacteria. After that, clean water daily is most important.
How often should I change the water?
Every day is ideal in Kuwait. If the water looks cloudy or smells off, change it immediately and rinse the vase.
Where should I place my arrangement?
A cool, bright room out of direct sun. Avoid AC blasts, windows that get hot midday, kitchens, and bowls of fruit.
What if a stem wilts early?
Remove it promptly so the rest stay fresher. Recut remaining stems and refresh the water. If quality isn’t right, message us on WhatsApp — we’ll make it right.
How long should flowers last?
Most arrangements look their best for several days with good care. Rose-heavy designs and cooler rooms usually last longer than delicate summer blooms.
