If your flowers arrive in poor condition or incorrect, please attach a clear photo with your inquiry. Our customer care team will assess the issue and respond within 24 hours.
If a refund is approved, please note it may take up to seven working days to appear in your account.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers (especially in Kuwait’s hot climate), we ask that you contact us within one days of receiving your order to ensure we can address your concerns promptly.

At times, we may need to substitute flowers based on seasonal availability. Our experienced florists will always choose high-quality blooms to ensure a premium bouquet, and we will do our best to inform you of any major substitutions.
