We offer Same-Day Delivery for all orders placed within Kuwait before 10:00 PM Kuwait Local Time.
Delivery Charges
A Standard Delivery Fee of 1.000 KD applies to all orders within Kuwait, including Same-Day Delivery.

Issues with Your Order
If your flowers arrive incorrect or below our quality standards, please include a photo of the bouquet with your inquiry. Our customer care team will assess your claim and respond within 24 hours.
Please note that any approved refund may take up to seven working days to reflect in your account.
Important Note About Time Sensitivity
Because our flowers are perishable (and Kuwait’s summers can be harsh!), we ask that you get in touch with us within two days of receiving your bouquet if there is a problem. This helps us respond effectively to your concern.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind requests. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Flower Substitutions
From time to time, we may substitute flowers due to seasonal availability. Rest assured, our florists will always choose the best quality blooms available and maintain the premium look and feel of your order. We will inform you in advance if any significant substitution is made.
Discount Codes
