3. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • A contract between us is formed only when we send you an email confirming your order and that the Goods have been dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

4. Goods

  • We take every care to ensure that the images of the Goods on our website are accurate, but slight variations may occur.
  • Packaging may vary from that shown on our website.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery charges are displayed on our website.
  • You will be asked to select a delivery date during the order process.
  • Orders placed before 6 pm on a working day can be delivered the same day if same-day delivery is selected.
  • Orders placed after 6 pm or on a non-working day will be delivered within five working days.
  • We will make every effort to deliver the Goods on the selected date, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. We will notify you of any delays.
  • If no one is available to receive the Goods, we may leave them with a neighbor or in a safe place at the delivery address.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of the Goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
  • If the Goods are faulty or not as described, please contact us within two days of delivery. Please include a photo of the Goods with your inquiry.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within seven working days.
  • You may have a legal right to end the contract if the Goods are faulty or misdescribed, or if there is a significant delay in delivery due to events outside our control.

7. Price and Payment

  • The price of the Goods is as displayed on our website at the time of your order.
  • Prices include applicable taxes.
